introductory provisions
1.these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations between the merchant [klára židková] (hereinafter referred to as the "seller") and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "buyer") when purchasing goods through the seller's online store.
definition of the terms
2.1. seller: a natural person operating an online store [klára židková] and selling goods to the buyer. - klára židková, business identification number:04606523, seat of business: hněvotínská 933/50, 779 00 olomouc, česká republika.the entrepreneur is registered in the registry of the magistrate of city of olomouc.
2.2. buyer: a person who buys goods through the seller's online store. 2.3. goods: products and services offered by the seller within the online store.
2.4. e-shop: internet page on which the seller offers the goods to the buyer for the purpose of their purchase.
order of goods
3.1. the buyer orders the goods by filling out the order form on the seller's online store.
3.2. the order is valid after its confirmation by the seller and delivery of the order confirmation to the buyer's e-mail address.
price and payment
4.1. the price of the goods listed in the online store is valid at the time of ordering.
4.2. the buyer is obliged to pay the price of the goods and any costs associated with transport within the specified period and in the manner specified in the order.
goods delivery
5.1. the seller will deliver the goods to the buyer at the agreed place and date. (see more in our shipping policy)
5.2. the buyer is obliged to take over the goods and verify their condition. upon detection of any damage, the buyer is obliged to notify the seller immediately(see more in our guarantee policy)
complaints and returns
6.1. the buyer has the right to claim goods in accordance with the applicable laws of the czech republic and the european union.
6.2. if the buyer is not satisfied with the purchased goods, he has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.(see more in our return and exchanges policy)
protection of personal data
7.1. the seller processes the buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations on the protection of personal data.
7.2. the seller is responsible for securing the buyer's personal data and ensuring their confidentiality.(see more in our data protection policy)
shipping policy
1. shipping destinations: we offer shipping services worldwide, including countries within the european union and beyond.
2. shipping methods: we provide reliable shipping options to suit your needs. our standard shipping method is dhl or dpd company. expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
3. shipping costs: shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the package. the shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is made.
4. customs and duties: customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their orders upon importation into their respective countries. these charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. order processing time: orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 business days after payment has been received. please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
6. delivery time: the estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping method. while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance procedures or postal delays may affect delivery times.

return & exchange policy
1. eligibility: we accept returns and exchanges on ready-to-wear garments within 14 days of the purchase date. to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received.
2. exclusions: please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including custom-made or personalized items and intimate apparel (such as swimwear and underwear).
3. return process: to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within the specified return period. you can reach us via email or through our website's contact form. please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
4. return shipping: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package.
5. refunds: once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the receipt of your returned item(s). if the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days. please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. exchanges: if you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting us for the return authorization. exchanges are subject to availability. if the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
7. damaged or defective items: in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective area. we will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. non-compliance with policy: items returned without prior authorization or not in compliance with our return policy may be subject to refusal or restocking fees.

quarantee policy
1. quality guarantee: we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our ready-to-wear and custom made garments. aach item is meticulously crafted using high-quality materials and precise manufacturing techniques to ensure durability and longevity.
2. manufacturer's warranty: all our garments are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. if you believe your item has a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue.
3. warranty coverage: the manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. this warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration, or improper care of the garment.
4. claims process: to make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. we may require additional information or photos to assess the claim. if the claim is approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
5. resolution options: depending on the nature of the warranty claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
repair: if the defect is repairable, we will arrange for the item to be repaired by our skilled craftsmen.
replacement: if the item cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement of the same or similar item, subject to availability.
refund: if neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.
6. exclusions: the manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations made by anyone other than our authorized personnel. additionally, the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
